Book Review - Org Design for Design Orgs

Good practical view on how design orgs are planned. How in-house design is usually orgnized is reminiscent from 20th century manufacturing business. E.g. marketing and design are separate manufacturing units, not steps in same customer journey. This is books is full of rich advice and practical observations about how old organizations have designed their internal design teams, and what are the resulting issues.
